Aanaya, an 19-year-old entrepreneur from Atlanta, GA, launched Str8 Cr8 in January 2025 with a vision to transform how businesses grow and thrive. Before starting this journey, she built her first business, Hair by Aanaya, from the ground up, experiencing firsthand the challenges of being a solo entrepreneur. Juggling multiple roles from marketing to client management taught her the importance of having a reliable team, as visionaries often wear many hats. This struggle inspired her to create Str8 Cre8, an agency dedicated to easing the workload for business owners while helping startups gain exposure.
